Specific instructions on your set top box pickup or delivery will be provided by the customer service center. You must call to cancel services to avoid any additional monthly billing. Equipment must be returned along with remote control in order for your deposit to be returned.
If you cancel service at a time other than the last few days of the academic year, let us know by completing the " Contact Us" link on this web site, and return your receiver, remote control, and jumper cables during regular business hours to the Bowdoin Cable TV/Telecom Office by emailing cabletv@bowdoin.edu. At the end of the academic year, we may email you with alternate instructions. |
