Carmela Laber, Director of Account Management and Corporate Controller

Carmela is responsible for the company's account management activities and is also the company's Corporate Controller responsible for companys financial operations. Carmela has been working in the public and private accounting sector since 1984. Prior to CTV, Carmela spent seven years as a Corporate Controller for a real estate construction management company. Carmela has a BA in Accounting.
Jon Stewart, Senior Director of Business Operations, SCTE, SBCA and Directv Certified

Jon has over thirty years of experience in the cable TV and broadand industry. Jon is currently responsible for the business operations of CTV involving all phases of customer service, purchasing, warehousing, field operations assistance, customer training and web site design. Jon also manages our data networking group. Prior to CTV he held numerous managerial positions for large MSOs and a cable television contractor. Jon has a degree in Business Management, Certificate in Project Management and has attended various classes in fiber optics, satellite system and broadband design.
Laura West, Director of Administration

Laura works closely with all sales personnel as well as the account management team with all proposal and RFP responses, she has personally been involved with over 1,500 proposals. Laura works directly with the engineers designing and pricing the head end and distribution systems. Laura's responsibilities include RFP and proposal analysis and response, building and pricing the designed head end and distribution systems, designing the programming channel lineups and maintenance packages.
Mary Rachich, Account Manager

Mary's primary responsibility is to ensure that all clients receive the highest level of service from all areas within the organization, including maintenance, billing, procurement, and engineering. Mary maintains frequent communication with customers regarding projects, service issues, or industry related news to keep them abreast of changes that may impact their services. She works closely with the Programming, Operations and Engineering departments to aide with project implementation and management of services. Mary has a BA in Communications (Radio and Television) from William Paterson University.
Tim Hewitt, Account Manager and Maintenance Engineer, SCTE and SBCA Certified

Tim has over 17 years in the cable TV industry. Tim currently works as an Account Manager and Maintenance Engineer at CTV for the Mid-Atlantic Region. He maintains a region from Ohio, Maryland, and West Virginia, to Central and Western PA. Tim's major accounts include Penn State University, Kent State, University of Akron and Gettysburg College. Prior to CTV, Tim installed and maintained cable television systems for colleges with Mobile Electronics in Pella, Iowa where he was a project manager. Tim also spent six years in the United States Navy as an Electronics Technician 2nd Class Petty Officer, Communications Department Work Center Supervisor. He has a Navy degree in Electronics for Basic Electricity and Electronics Theory, Advanced Electronics Schools and various specialty schools.
